National Sales Lead Respiratory - Switzerland

Due to internal mobility, OM Pharma Switzerland is strengthening its leadership team and is looking for a National Sales Lead Respiratory to drive the strategic and operational development of its Respiratory portfolio across Switzerland.
In this key leadership role, you report to our Head of Business Unit Hospital Care & Respiratory and manage a team of 7 Sales Representative. Your mission is to define and implement the national sales strategy for Respiratory in line with OM Pharma’s overall objectives. You combine strategic thinking with strong execution, develop sustainable customer relationships and lead a high-performing sales team.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Manage a team of 7 Sales Representative on the field: plan and organize the activities, set targets, implement guidelines, ensure accurate training on products and processes, deliver sales guidance and assist with any issues the employees may have
- Define and execute the national Respiratory sales strategy in line with OM Pharma’s objectives, including budget ownership and performance improvement initiatives
- Drive key account activities and build strong, long-term relationships with customers, key stakeholders and opinion leaders
- Develop, manage and optimize HCP networks across Switzerland and contribute to tenders and proposals in collaboration with Marketing
- Lead national sales meetings, congress participation and key internal sales events
- Work closely with Marketing, Medical and Business Analytics to align strategies, develop customer growth plans and address performance gaps
- Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs, provide feedback to the Commercial Leadership Team and ensure accurate CRM data
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and Safety, Health and Environmental regulations
This position is mainly based on the field and with attendance to internal meetings in our offices in Villars-sur-Glâne.
To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
- SHQA Certification (preferably)
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales within the Pharma industry, including field activities as Sales Representative and Key Account management activities
- First experience in team management, including sales force training and coaching activities
- French or German mother tongue with very good knowledge of the other language, and good knowledge of English
- Proficiency in all MS-Office applications
- Strong capabilities in CRM system use
