Brand Manager - Geneva

To strengthen our Marketing department, we are recruiting 2 Brand Managers at our global headquarters in Geneva. Reporting to the Brand Lead Bacterial Lysates and working in strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, your mission is to deliver key brand activities as defined in the brand plan and to support the brand strategy with your marketing and brand expertise. Leader of your projects, you ensure internal and external (partners) buy-in and you actively participate to partners day-to-day engagement and training.

 

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Ensure development and delivery of all marketing tools as set in the Annual Brand Plan 
  • Ensure visibility and training of those tools to affiliates, partners and internal teams
  • Closely collaborate with Medical affairs to support marketing tools development, as well to enable solid medical / non-promotional tools development
  • Drive and promote an omnichannel approach to partners and implement it into new toolkits, with a specific focus on digitalization of our touchpoints
  • Develop an annual communication plan that will maximize brand visibility to target audience (congresses, digital campaigns…)
  • Actively participate to building a cross-functional plan, in line with growth strategy and maximizing synergies of activities
  • Drive key brand activities out of campaigns (such as congress participation, visibility plan, market prioritization plan…)
  • Bring key insights and KPIs that will be the foundation of future strategic recommendations to support strategic planning process 
  • Understand local risks and opportunities to anchor global plan into reality of the field, and support local implementation of global strategies and tools
  • Build deep connections with regional / affiliates marketing and sales for powerful alignment on annual plans

 

To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, ideally with a specialization in pharma industry, or scientific background with robust marketing specialization 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and brand management, including experience in managing Rx products
  • Knowledge in Veeva platform and IQVIA data
  • Full fluency in English; speaking French is an asset
