Business Intelligence Lead - Geneva

We are recruiting a Business Intelligence Lead based at our global headquarter in Geneva. At this position, you are at the heart of the company and brand strategy, bringing comprehensible insights to the organization and transforming them into relevant recommendations to support growth plans. You unite cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end marketing excellence, from insight generation to the measurement of omnichannel go-to-market plans.

 

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Gain a clear understanding of market dynamics, including trends and competitive landscape, through the analysis and reporting of in-market data, KPIs and market researches
  • Build clear and actionable KPIs reporting, track product performance and identify potential threats
  • Identify knowledge gaps and lead the development of market research accordingly (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Co-lead the development of the global brand strategy for short to long term, together with the brand lead
  • Champion Patients / HCPs internally, bringing their insights to support strategic plans
  • Ensure deep knowledge of Patients / HCPs insights across all levels of the organization, identify knowledge gaps and recommend research plans 
  • Be responsible for marketing excellence, leading and coordinating the execution of efficient action plans from global to local 
  • Foster a performance and accountability culture linked to data-driven choices, performance measurement of key activities and continuous improvement mindset
  • Supervise and develop 1 trainee  

 

Business travels are required for this position, around 15% of working time.

 

For this role, we are looking for a candidate with excellent leadership skills and hands-on capabilities, bringing the following competencies:

  • Master’s degree in the field of Life Sciences or Business management, or similar educational background ideally completed with a marketing / insights training 
  • At least 8 years of experience in the pharma industry, including a solid experience in insights and data management at a global level
  • Experience working with Sales, product management, and international strategic brand management
  • Full fluency in English; speaking French is an asset
