Corporate Finance Senior Manager - Geneva

To strengthen our global Corporate Finance team, we are recruiting a Corporate Finance Senior Manager based at our headquarters in Geneva. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Finance, your mission is to ensure effective management of the Group’s treasury, insurance, IFRS and consolidation operations.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Establish IFRS calculation of consolidation adjustments
- Set-up, document and update internal control procedures
- Prepare BoD reports and ad/hoc analysis
- Provide annual report for investors
- Manage, monitor, and track current loans and sub-credit limits
- Manage the cash flow forecasting processes, and monitor the company’s performance through periodic comparison (actual vs forecast)
- Be responsible for the accurate accounting and controls of all Treasury products and transactions – including hedge accounting process, period end certification of balance sheet
- Monitor balance sheet control/risks (funding, liquidity, and interest rate risk)
- Ensure accurate maintenance of bank account documentation
- Recommend, implement, and maintain internal guidelines and process management to ensure the smooth running of the Treasury operations
- Prepare the treasury reporting information provided to Top Management and Board of Directors
- Monitor insurances coverage and renewal
To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a major in Finance/Accounting, or similar educational background
- At least 7 years of experience in corporate finance, including ideally Big 4 experience
- Strong knowledge of IFRS
- Fluent in French and English (both spoken and written)
