Industrial Automation and IoT Engineer - Limited Contract (18 months) - Geneva

To complete our Industrial IT team, we are recruiting an Industrial Automation and IoT Engineer based at our headquarters and production site in Geneva, for a 18-months limited contract. Reporting to the Industrial IT Manager, and working in close collaboration with internal multidisciplinary teams and external providers, your mission is to support the day-to-day operations and management of our serialization systems ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Ensure the stability, availability, and security of serialization systems and other relevant systems
- Support the lifecycle management of IT Business Applications related to serialization and other industrial IT systems
- Provide technical support for issues related to serialization applications like Tracelink and Laetus
- Monitor system performance and update relevant dashboards and reports
- Establish and/or update equipment and systems SOPs
- Coordinate with external vendors for system updates and maintenance
- Ensure adherence to GxP regulations and manage CAPAs and change controls
- Assist in external and internal audits as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for serialization systems
- Participate in projects aimed at improving or implementing new serialization systems and processes
To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT / Computer sciences, Engineering, or similar educational background
- First experience in industrial automation / IT would be an asset
- Strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry and IT systems
- Business fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
