Third-Party Quality Management Trainee (6 months) - Geneva

OM Pharma positioned itself as a local player to support students and young graduates in their first working experiences. We are therefore pleased to offer a 6-month internship starting ideally from April/May 2023 (according to your availability) within our Third-Party Quality Management team which is part of QP department, based at our headquarters and production site in Geneva. This is the opportunity to gain experience in a pharmaceutical company within a key department, and actively contribute to optimize our current electronic process of third-party management (suppliers, CMO, distributors and customers)
Reporting to the Third-Party Quality Manager and working cross-functionally, your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Understand the adequation of current electronic process (Trackwise) versus standard operating procedure
- Ensure data management and accuracy
- Extract Key Performance Indicators from standardized database in the system and fasten data analysis
- Assess options to get the best use of the system versus resources needed to manage over the time
- Implement improvements
For this position, we are looking for the following profile:
- Master’s degree student, ideally in Pharmaceutical Sciences or similar (internship agreement mandatory)
- Knowledge of GMP / GDP requirements
- Fluency in French with good English skills
- Proficiency in use of MS-office tools
Curious and solution-oriented, you are keen to learn good manufacturing and distribution practices on Quality processes. You define yourself as a rigorous and analytical person, able to understand critical correlation between objects and conceptualize processes. Endowed with an entrepreneurial spirit, you are proactive and not afraid to take initiatives to move things forward. Thanks to your communication skills and team spirit, you integrate quickly into a new environment and easily establish collaborative links with other departments.
