Marketing Associate - Fribourg

We are pleased to open a new Marketing Associate position within our Swiss affiliate in Villars-sur-Glâne, to strengthen our Business Unit dedicated to Bacterial Lysates. Reporting directly to the Product Manager, your mission is to actively contribute to the definition, deployment, and evaluation of marketing initiatives for a product portfolio.

Your main responsibilities are as follows :

• Monitor and analyze market and competitor performance to support marketing decision-making
• Contribute to the development and implementation of brand and portfolio marketing strategies
• Support the creation and development of marketing materials aligned with the defined strategy
• Coordinate specific marketing projects with internal teams and external partners
• Collaborate with marketing agencies to design and implement communication materials
• Ensure smooth communication and close collaboration with cross-functional teams (medical, sales, regulatory affairs, etc.)
• Support the Product Manager in the day-to-day management of marketing activities and project follow-up

To succeed in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile :

• Higher education degree in marketing, business, medical sciences, or a related field
• Initial marketing experience (1–3 years, including internships) within the pharmaceutical industry or a related sector
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Professional proficiency in English, with fluency in either French or German and a solid working knowledge of the other language
