Product Manager - Fribourg

To continue our successful journey, we are looking for a Product Manager to join the Marketing department of our Swiss Affiliate, based in Fribourg. In this position, you report directly to the Head of Marketing Swiss Affiliate and work in close collaboration with Medical Affairs, Sales, Regulatory and Market Access. You manage our key brands in the Central Nervous System. Your mission is to define and implement effective strategies to drive brand performance and long-term success in the Swiss Market.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Create, develop, implement and manage the Brand strategy, including advertising and promotion to support the growth of your brands
- Oversee budget management, demand planning and forecasting
- Lead and coordinate all marketing activities as Brand Team Lead in a cross functional team
- Drive impactful customer engagment through both traditional and digital communication strategies
- Orchestrate omnichannel marketing campaigns (online & offline) to strengthen customer relationships and brand visibility
- Develop and implement tactical marketing communications to build awareness of the disease area and brand value
- Ensure consistent brand identity, tone and messaging across all platforms to maximize impact
To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
- Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, Economy, Life Sciences, or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience in Marketing in the Pharma industry
- Proven experience in Product/ Brand Management and cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand plans in the healthcare environment
- Fluent in either French or German, with good understanding of the other language, as well as good knowledge of English
- Proficiency in all MS-Office applications
