We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Fribourg. As a key member of our HR team, you will report directly to the Head of HR Swiss Affiliate & Talent Acquisition Lead. In this role, you are responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for OM Pharma. This position requires regular travel to our HQ in Meyrin (up to 20% of the time).
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Manage recruitment processes for all levels and departments, including internships and young talent programs
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job approval to offer stage
- Conduct profile briefing meetings with hiring managers and advise on effective search strategies and recruitment processes
- Write and post compelling job advertisements
- Screen and review incoming applications
- Conduct competency-based interviews (Phone, video, face-to-face)
- Act as the main point of contact for hiring managers, candidates, and HR
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates
- Deliver Talent Acquisition training to managers, including guidance on interviewing techniques and best practices
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as schools, employment agencies, and recruitment agencies
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner bringing the following profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Administration, Economics, Psychology, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruitment role, including experience in the Swiss recruitment market
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or food industry is a plus
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. German is an asset
- Experience in direct search/sourcing and social media recruitment is advantageous
